***Classes for babies coming soon***

Class structure:

  • Structured singing time, which introduces our key words.
  • Sensory play and other structured play opportunities, and free play for our children who prefer to explore. Our play may include water, sand, paint, playdough, various toys, jigsaws and books.
  • Actions songs at the end, e.g. parachute play, balloons and bubbles.

The play opportunities include enough structure to help you build language, and enough freedom for those who like to explore.

Class content:

I teach 6 different topics over a two year period, meaning that there is something new to learn each term.  In January our topic is On y va, or Around the Town, and is designed to help you and your child learn French words for different modes of transport and places you might visit, such as the park or the library.

Class content is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, to support your child’s general development, as well as introducing French.

Prices and booking:

Courses are booked in 5-week blocks and cost £25 for one child, payable in advance.  (Sibling discounts available).  You can also book short trials to see if this class is for you.  A single class is payable at £8, or you can book a set of three classes for £18.  If you then decide to book for the rest of the course, you can top up your payment as follows: after a three week trial, the two remaining classes are available at a total cost of £10.  If you book a single class, you can book the remaining four sessions for £22.
